Next Level Teens is Mosaic Church’s ministry for students in grades 9–12 — a place to grow in relationship with God, build meaningful friendships, ask honest questions, and discover how faith connects to everyday life.
Our goal is to help students become confident, compassionate, and spiritually grounded followers of Jesus who are ready to make a difference in their schools, families, churches, and communities.

Teenagers need more than secondhand faith. They need opportunities to understand Scripture, encounter God personally, and develop spiritual practices they’ll carry into adulthood.
Next Level Teens meets weekly during Mosaic’s 11:00 a.m. Sunday worship service for age-appropriate biblical teaching, discussion, prayer, and discipleship. Students also gather Wednesday evenings on Zoom for Bible study — space to explore Scripture more deeply, ask questions, discuss real-life challenges, and learn to follow Jesus day to day.
We encourage students to think critically, grow spiritually, and develop a faith that is authentic, informed, and rooted in Christ.
Faith grows best in community.
Next Level Teens creates a safe, supportive environment where students are known, encouraged, and accepted. Through weekly gatherings, small-group conversations, and shared experiences, teens build relationships with other students and trusted adult leaders.
The ministry also hosts monthly outings, activities, and hangouts where students can relax, have fun, and strengthen friendships outside the regular church setting — because church isn’t only a place students attend. It’s a community where they belong.
We believe every teenager is created by God with unique gifts, passions, experiences, and abilities.
Next Level Teens helps students begin discovering who God made them to be. Through biblical teaching, mentoring, service, leadership opportunities, and spiritual gift development, teens are encouraged to identify their strengths and use them in meaningful ways.
Students aren’t viewed as the church of tomorrow. They’re an important part of the church today.
Following Jesus includes loving and serving others.
Next Level Teens provides opportunities for students to take part in service projects, outreach, church ministry, and community engagement. Teens are encouraged to use their voices, gifts, creativity, and compassion to make a positive impact wherever God has placed them.
By serving together, students learn that their faith can shape their schools, neighborhoods, friendships, and future careers.
The high school years bring big questions about identity, purpose, relationships, culture, faith, and the future.
Next Level Teens is a place where students can bring those questions without fear of judgment. Our leaders are committed to listening, offering biblically grounded guidance, and helping students develop the wisdom and spiritual maturity to navigate life.
Students don’t need to have all the answers or come from a particular church background to belong here. Whether they’re new to faith, rebuilding their faith, or ready to grow deeper, there’s a place for them at Next Level Teens.
