Dr. Erika Santiago is the Teaching Pastor at Mosaic Church Mableton, where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Broderick Santiago. Married for over 20 years with four children, their family reflects a deep commitment to faith, love, and community. Erika finds joy in travel and great food, embracing the richness of diverse cultures and experiences that shape her ministry.
With a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry in discipleship from the John W. Rawlings School of Divinity, Erika is passionate about equipping believers to grow as fully transformed disciples of Jesus. She develops dynamic Bible study content, leads engaging discipleship courses, and spearheads Mosaic Church’s Seminary Saturdays. Her heart for teaching and mentorship empowers others to deepen their faith and navigate their spiritual journeys with clarity.
Alongside her husband, Erika leads Mosaic’s marriage ministry, helping couples build strong, thriving relationships. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, she provides practical guidance rooted in biblical principles, supporting couples in every stage of their journey.
