Mosaic began with a simple vision: to build a church that reflects the beautiful diversity of God’s kingdom and the heart of the early church in Acts 2:42–47. We are committed to teaching, fellowship, shared meals, prayer, generosity, and seeing lives transformed by Jesus in Mableton and beyond.
We depend on God through prayer in everything we do, seeking His will and strength for our lives and our church.

We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed
Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with
the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Image of God: Man is made in the image of God and is the supreme object of His creation. Man was created to have fellowship with
God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when
people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it cannot be earned through our own efforts.
The Church is a local community of baptized believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ and
obeying all of His commands, and it seeks to bring the Gospel to the world It is the only thing Jesus said He would build and it is the vehicle He has chosen to bring the good news to the world. The Church works together in love and unity, intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ. We were all made to be a part of it.
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Broderick Santiago is the passionate and dynamic Lead Pastor of Mosaic Church in Mableton, Georgia. With over two decades of ministry experience, he has dedicated his life to serving the community and helping people grow in their faith.
Pastor B is also a Church Planting and Revitalization Consultant, working to launch new churches and strengthen established ones. As a mentor, educator, motivational speaker, and community leader, he equips churches with best practices and helps shape church culture for long-term impact.
Most recently, Pastor B published a devotional for Lent, Drawing Closer, now available on Amazon. This devotional is designed to guide believers into a deeper, more meaningful prayer life throughout the Lenten season.
At home, Pastor B enjoys quality time with his wife, Dr. Erika Santiago, and their four children. They share a love for good food, travel, and outdoor activities—especially cycling and grilling. His leadership, love for people, and commitment to the community make him a trusted and inspiring voice at Mosaic Church.
TEACHING PASTOR
Dr. Erika Santiago is the Teaching Pastor at Mosaic Church Mableton, where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Broderick Santiago. Married for over 20 years with four children, their family reflects a deep commitment to faith, love, and community. Erika finds joy in travel and great food, embracing the richness of diverse cultures and experiences that shape her ministry.
With a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry in discipleship from the John W. Rawlings School of Divinity, Erika is passionate about equipping believers to grow as fully transformed disciples of Jesus. She develops dynamic Bible study content, leads engaging discipleship courses, and spearheads Mosaic Church’s Seminary Saturdays. Her heart for teaching and mentorship empowers others to deepen their faith and navigate their spiritual journeys with clarity.
Alongside her husband, Erika leads Mosaic’s marriage ministry, helping couples build strong, thriving relationships. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, she provides practical guidance rooted in biblical principles, supporting couples in every stage of their journey.
A thought leader in faith reconstruction, Erika challenges the norms of cultural Christianity and encourages believers to explore a faith that is both authentic and transformative. Her warm and thoughtful approach invites open conversations that inspire growth and renewal.
